80105 is outside at the crack of dawn waiting for the crane.

with the boiler well clear of the frmames it can be swung over for the removal of the ash pan.
The ashpan is temporarily left to one side.
The crane is hired from Stoddart Crane Hire Muir of Ord and can lift up to 150 metrivc tonnes.
The heavy lift begins.
The boiler passes the tank top level on its way safely upwards.
Well clear of the tanks the boiler is move over.
The ashpan is removed from the boiler prior to being placed on the lowloader wagon.
